Pandemia chi ti conosce!?!
Pandemic who knows you!?!

Results of the Erasmus+ project “Healthy body, healthy mind, healthy environment”
The most important task of every educational institution is the quality education of students. However, also another especially important aspect that should not be forgotten is the education of students’ health and the teaching of a healthy lifestyle.
Students spend most of their time in school. Therefore, it is particularly important to pay attention to the physical, emotional, social health of students. 2016-2025 The WHO’s physical activity strategy focuses on physical activity as a key factor for health and well-being in the European region. Physical activity and sport are understood not only as essential elements for the growth of a happy and healthy child, but also having a positive impact on his or her further personality development and the formation of healthy lifestyle skills. Physical activity is one of the many factors that strengthen and maintain health. Meanwhile,
low physical activity in adolescence is associated with increased obesity, irregular spinal posture, and other health problems. In addition to physical activity, students’ healthy lifestyle skills and emotional health are no less important. Scientific research has shown that physical activity is also important for the well-being and self-esteem of children and adolescents. According to WHO research, many students complain of various emotional disorders – mood swings, headaches, abdominal pain, etc.
Project participants are from Lithuania, Poland, Italy, Romania and Greece. The target group of the project is 14/16 year olds secondary/vocational (secondary level) education students.
The aim of the project was to strengthen students’ physical and emotional health and to develop healthy lifestyle skills.
During the project, the participants got acquainted with the experience of the project partner countries and were given the conditions to carry out joint activities. 5 short-term student exchanges and virtual meetings took place, during which and implementing local activities, international student cooperation was promoted and were expanded cultural horizons . Students improved their subject knowledge (about physical and emotional health, consumption habits), general competence (communication, cooperation, ability to learn, cultural), improved their foreign (English) language. In order to increase social inclusion, 39 students with various difficulties (economic, social) were included in the project’s activities.
The implemented project activities allowed all project participants to improve their emotional, physical health and healthy lifestyle skills and encouraged students to change their behavior related to consumption habits and lifestyle.
During the project, students created:
1. Leaflet/posters (physical and emotional health / habit of concentration / healthy lifestyle)

6. Social advertising (https://youtu.be/JF7RmOgizr0) The project also has significant long-term results: in each school participating in the project was formed a self-help and emotional support group (peer support). To promote students’ awareness related to health, mental and physical health promotion, addiction prevention and sustainable consumption and to ensure the continuity of the project, all partner schools involved in the project agreed on the following course of action within the next two years (2023-2024) and created 10 lesson plans (ON GOOGLE DRIVE) related with the project topics.
